Primary historical sources reveal that the Dukedom of Hamilton was created by the Black King Charles I (see Issue # 12 of the Stewarts) in the 16th century. The House of Douglas also formed part of the House of Hamilton: ”Sholto-du-glash means ‘behold the Black or swarthy-coloured man’ (Rogers, 1940, p.40-see issue # 9, p.68). A Nigerian oba-king wears traditional symbols of rulership and status. The ancient origin of the ndi otu that he wears around his neck is discussed in issue # 4 & # 6. This sacred symbol is on the crown and staff that Charles carries.

It will be on the body of ‘Charles III’ et al and you can guarantee that none of the ranks of media commentators will tell you its origin. The Ndi Otu is replete with sacred geometry which the Moors preserved for millennia. Note, that this cultural symbol was found in ancient Kemet in the tomb of Hatshepsut.

Two Black hands hold up the gold crown to symbolize their sovereignty and rulership. The feminine aspect of divine rulership was also preserved as order and balance.

The Coronation will feature the Heraldic lion in all of its forms.
