Isn’t It Ironic That…

Yesterday’s edition of The Guardian in its appraisal of Diane Abbott MP used the lines: ” Many Palace of Westminster staff simply refused to believe that she and the three other Black MPs were MPs at all“.

What would Diane Abbott make of the historical evidence that the Palace of Westminster was built in 1065 by Black stone masons for Black nobility as the leaders of the UK’s original population?
